I had a few new things I wanted to try, and I wanted to just shoot a session for the fun of it and she was the perfect model. Plus I wanted to try some different processing and LOVED how a few of these turned out.

March 30, 2010how BIG this little one is getting, before we know it its going to be time for her cake smash. And she definately had a smile that could LIGHT up a room, she was so sweet.
and her family came to the studio, so we pulled out our spring decorations once again and got some adorable pictures.

March 26, 2010to sneak in another family session in the middle of all these seniors, and so we got lots of pics with Grandma and the entire family. The little girls were cracking me up, I think they had the giggles the whole time, which made for some fun pictures.

March 25, 2010my nephew. 
This is one of the first steps for the “event we aren’t talking about” according to my sister, with all of us (well most of us, we will have to ask his brothers) not looking foward to him graduating and leaving when he heads off to college next fall. I honestly thought about posting some of his baby pics to go along with these, but figured that would be pushing my luck in the favorite aunt category. lol
especially when he told me one of his ideas for a pose. So we hunted down the sign and it was one of his best smiles, even though the people driving past us probably thought we were completely nuts.

March 20, 2010so his mom came up with the idea of hanging around the tractors to hopefully get his attention. And that we did, he was all smiles and climbing all over them as soon as we got there. And I also have to add one of his sister, she wanted her pictures too.
that is going to be one stubborn teenager if this session was any kind of hint…..she snoozed away….until we WANTED her to and then she fought sleep like crazy. And then, just to make me laugh I think, every time I would position her exactly where I wanted her, she would pull her little arm away and put it where SHE wanted it, it was so funny. But we still ended up with some great shots of this beautiful little 5 day old.

March 17, 2010and I’ve been so lucky to meet some amazing people in my journey. This whole event went off perfectly, and you could really feel how much this couple loves eachother just from being in the same room with them.
