December 24, 2009that has been together FOREVER, and I was so lucky to be able to be there for their amazing wedding day. During their reception, they did a slideshow and I loved having the chance to see their story. We had an absoutely beautiful day, and their whole wedding party was up for “anything” as they put it, and I held them to it once I saw the fairgrounds that was just around the corner. Then at their dance that evening, another first for me….I had the opportunity to take pictures of the BRIDE singing at her own dance….her band was there to help her celebrate, and they literally rocked ( www.suspectrocks.us) And so I ended up with so many shots I wanted to show on here and couldn’t choose between them, so you get more than normal.

December 22, 2009Christmas Cards here lately, and can’t wait to show some of the samples I’ve done this year (but not till their friends/families have gotten them first of course). This was one of the families that came into the studio for cards, and I had such a great time picking on the youngest. He made sure I knew he was “forced” to come for pictures, and so I made sure to torture him and make him do twice the pictures that his sister did. But they both did an awesome job in the end and we ended up with some great shots.

December 21, 2009This is one of my little baby planners, andI can’t BELIEVE how much she has grown in the last 6 months. And I absolutly fell in love with her tights, and we had to put the petti on her. And I think she had as much fun as we did, she was all smiles.

December 20, 2009at updating, but I’ve had a good excuse. With Christmas looming, I’ve been busy with Christmas cards and last minute sessions. So I’m going to try and update at least once a day for the next week (or more) and try and get those previews up.
This little one was one of the star’s at her aunt’s wedding a few months back, and she was just the cutest thing. And its amazing what a difference there was between the teeny newborn that was an honorary flower girl and the 2 month old munchkin.

December 9, 2009on the chilly side when this senior and I headed out for his pictures, but we both braved the cold and ended up with some great shots. Plus I got to hear some football stories from…the other side of the field. LOL I do think he thought I was nuts when I put him in front of “the bus”, but it ended up being one of my favorites.

December 8, 2009on this senior girl, I could NOT choose which ones to show, so I did what Mally does…eeny meeny miney moe. LOL But this senior had the BEST smile EVER, I barely had to work for it and when she did throw the fake ones out at me, I just had her boyfriend who came along as well say something and she would smile away.

December 8, 2009and Grandma wanted pictures of her gang, so off they headed to the studio. The boys were not so much into it, but their little sister loved to smile and it showed. We all had a great time, and got the pictures that their Grandma will love.

December 5, 2009These adorable little twins were full of energy and smiles, and I had so much fun playing with them. And to make it even more fun was TWO of everything. I remember back to the days that my kids were this age, and seriously I’m in awe of these little girls’ mom.

December 4, 2009This little guy was the most adorable thing ever. Mom, Grandma and I had our hands full, but after he woke up from his catnap he was alert and ready to take beautiful pictures.
